Service Management

Service is at the very heart of everything that Fishers do. This goes right from the drivers who carry out the delivery of your linen, to the way we answer the phone in the customer helpdesks and at every point in between. Fishers Services Limited are a service based company, it's even in our name.

In the field and in our customer helpdesks we have over 25 people who deal with nothing except our customers. This is a large and complicated team and to make sure that we deliver what we aim to, the team is made up of three area teams each with a manager in charge of the field based account managers in each region.

East Division - This is made up of our two Cupar plants, Riggs Place and Prestonhall, and the Divisional Service Manager is Maureen Sheridan. (top right)

West Division - This is made up of our Perth and Aberfeldy plants and the Divisional Service Manager is Marshall Cooper.

Newcastle - The service team in the North East is managed by Paul Husband, Operations Manager for our Newcastle plant, supported by Marta Bigoraj (top left) and Helen Robinson.
