Steve Pitts - Operations Manager, Prestonhall

Steve is married, with two grown up children - and a grand daughter! He joined Fishers Services in 2000 as a shift Engineer having previously worked as a shift Engineer with Curtis Fine Paper in Guardbridge.

Previously an Aircraft Electrical Technician in the RAF, Steve became a self employed electrical contractor for 15 years. He progressed within Fishers Services to Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Manager, Divisional Engineering Manager, Divisional Projects and Engineering Manager, Operations Manager Newcastle and currently Operations Manager Prestonhall.

Steve's skills and achievements include:

• Champion of numerous energy saving projects.
• Rebuild of Prestonhall after the fire.
• New extension at Prestonhall.
• Plan, project management, install, establish and run our recent new plant in Newcastle.
